Chelsea E. Caldwell, PLC is a boutique law firm specializing in assisted reproductive technologies ("ART") and family formation. Chelsea practices in Tennessee and Arkansas and represents domestic and international intended parents, gestational carriers/surrogates, donors, same-sex couples, single intended parents, and hetero couples. Having struggled with infertility herself, Chelsea brings compassion and understanding to her clients and knows both personally and professionally the challenges that her ART clients face. She strongly believes that all clients deserve access to family planning and is an advocate for LGBT+ equality. In addition to her local practice, Chelsea also serves as the Director of Legal Services for Family Inceptions International, a surrogacy and egg donation agency. She is a member of the American Bar Association ART Committee, American Society for Reproductive Medicine (Legal Professionals Group), RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, and SEEDS: Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy.
