Gail Sexton Anderson founded Donor Concierge as a compassionate approach to helping intended parents sort through the gauntlet of egg donor and surrogacy options. Gail is a Harvard trained counselor with 25 years of experience helping intended parents have the baby they always dreamed of. Throughout her nearly three decades in the fertility industry, Gail has been Executive Director of one of the leading surrogacy agencies and helped start two different egg donor agencies. Gail is an empathic listener who brings a calming influence to what can often be an emotionally stressful process. Today, Donor Concierge is one of the largest donor and surrogacy programs in the world, with access to more egg donors and surrogates than any other entity, through their trusted network of fertility clinics, agencies and other professionals. As the CEO and Founder, Gail and the team at Donor Concierge work with hundreds of intended parents every year. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Empower, an embryo donation organization.

Executive Director, Gloria Li, is responsible for the management of Donor Concierge, overseeing all aspects of the company. Gloria has worked in the fertility field since 2013 and is an expert on egg donation, gestational surrogacy and fertility care management. Her vision and passion for the mission and her attention to detail has set a high mark in our commitment to excellence, and her leadership has helped Donor Concierge rise to become the premier resource for intended parents from all over the world. Originally from mainland China, Gloria speaks fluent Mandarin and English. She has a bachelors degree in Applied Math and Computer Science and is married with three young children.

Michelle leads our business development and marketing teams at Donor Concierge and is responsible for creating new partnerships and expanding our global market reach. Her knowledge of the fertility space has helped build Donor Concierge's brand value and increased our network of agency, clinical and legal partnerships. Michelle is originally from Canada and spent over a decade in the UK as a successful television producer and journalist, working for the BBC, National Geographic, and the Discovery Channel. Michelle loves networking and connecting intended parents, clinics, attorneys, and agencies together.
