Donna Raidy - CEO

Donna has been with Fertility Source Companies since 2006 and first started working with Intended Parents and Donors who were navigating the matching process. Her love of order and process helped her to excel and she quickly became the Director fo Case Management. Donna’s commitment to help grow families and her managerial talents were recognized when she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, running business operations from 2011 to 2017. When former CEO Steve Masler retired at the end of 2017, the natural choice for his replacement was Donna. In 2020, she became a majority shareholder of FSC and the staff continues to put their full trust in Donna’s capabilities, which can be seen in the thousands of satisfied intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates. Donna says, “I have enjoyed being part of every aspect of Fertility Source Companies. I knew when I began working for FSC that I had found a calling that aligned with my ideas of family and purpose.

Theresa Ferrara - Program Director

Theresa joined Fertility Source Companies in 2009, first as a Surrogacy Case Manager.Now she is the program director and her main focus is matching Intended Parents and Gestational Surrogates. Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience as a three-time gestational carrier. She is passionate about working diligently to ensure all parties enjoy a smooth matching process. She is committed to keeping clients informed in all aspects of their journey and says, “I so look forward to helping even more families grow!”

Refund Policy: Surrogacy Cases: If you should decide to go on our waitlist, $2,500 is refundable after twelve (12) months, should a suitable candidate not be presented to the Intended Parents for matching within 12 months. Once a Gestational Surrogate has been chosen the entire amount will be considered fully earned and non-refundable. Egg Donor Cases: If the Donor does not receive favorable medical or psychological evaluations or the Donor refuses or fails to begin an egg donation cycle for any reason or the Donor’s egg donation cycle is canceled for any reason within the control of the Donor or due to the fault of the Donor, Fertility Source Companies will provide Intended Parents full access to Donor Profiles for re-matching at no additional charge, excluding the costs of additional psychological evaluation(s), legal consultation(s) or any related Donor costs. If a new match is not made, Fertility Source Companies will refund the administrative fee less a non-refundable retainer of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500).

Sibling journey policy
