Victory Reproductive Care (VRC) is located in Windsor, Ontario, 20 min from the Michigan border, and was founded in 2008 by Dr. Rahi Victory, who had a vision and passion for building families. Dr.Victory wanted to ensure that successful, ground breaking in vitro fertilization technology was accessible and affordable for all. VRC has since grown into a full service state of the art in vitro fertilization center with a global footprint. Our fertility programs were built with the understanding that no two definitions of the word family are the same. As such all of our programs are customized to suit the needs of the individual(s) in order to achieve your personal family goals. We believe in walking the journey with you and offer exceptional support and education for an efficient and worry-free journey. Our specialized team of medical professionals are looking forward to connecting with you to discuss your goals and timelines.

Dr. Rahi Victory
- OBGYN, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist
Dr. Rahi Victory of Victory Reproductive Care is a Canadian-trained obstetrician gynecologist with an American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology subspecialty in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr Victory is renowned for his compassionate, individualized patient plans and approach to care. His extensive experience combined with an Avante-Garde approach has placed Victory Reproductive Care at the forefront of third-party services. Dr Victory is passionate about making sure every experience is an exceptional one and to that end, he meets with every client, every egg donor, and every surrogate, himself. Our principles are science, technology, communication, and compassion. Dr Victory’s only goal is your success and satisfaction.
Lisa Hogan
- RN, Nurse Manager, Director of IUI program
Lisa Hogan is a registered nurse with over 20 years experience in high risk labor and delivery at Windsor Regional Hospital. After dedicating the vast majority of her nursing career celebrating the miracle of childbirth with thousands of families, Lisa has redirected her passion from delivering babies, to assisting families with creating them. Lisa joined the Victory Reproductive Care team 3 years ago in the role of Nurse Manager and has since been instrumental in creating a supportive culture that understands no two definitions of the word family are the same. She is also responsible for the development of VRC’s rapidly growing Third Party Program. Lisa led the VRC team through 2 successful third party government accreditations and has a solid understanding of the Canadian Regulations. Her dedication and primary focus is to ensure that each family has an individualized, safe, positive and supportive journey towards parenthood.
