I am a licensed attorney practicing fertility law in California. Born in South Africa, I immigrated to Dallas, Texas, 18 years ago. As a result, I am well-versed in American and International law. I understand first-hand how stressful life can be for an individual or a couple who wants nothing more than to have a family of their own. Shortly after graduating from law school, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. As a precautionary measure, I chose to undergo fertility treatments before starting chemotherapy. This life-changing experience introduced me to the field of fertility law and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). My personal experience is why I take pride in guiding parents through this intricate legal process. I handle all aspects of fertility law, including egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, as well as the complicated area of surrogacy law.
